Job Title:  Sr Packaging Engineer (Manager level）

Job Responsibilities：

1.  Provide creativepackage structure design concepts to customers.

2.  Verify packageconcept design through prototypes/ mock ups process.

3.  Lock down thefinal package design for production with customers together.

4.  Define all relatedpackaging technical drawings, specifications for production.

5.  Create packagingBOM in SAP, release ECR/ECO and system maintenance.

6.  Make a thoughtfulvalidation plan for package along with product project plan and implement it.

7.  Closely work withproduct project team together to achieve project targets.

8.  Provide creativecost down proposals for customers.

9.  Provide technicalsupport & solutions to quality, production team and other Regions (Europe,India etc.).

Job Requirement：

1.  5+ years’ experience in design agencies or creative services departmentfor food, electronics, cosmetics, luxury etc. variant products.

2.  Industry/ProductPackaging Design education is a must.

3.  Professionalknowledge of packaging material and manufacturing processes.

4.  Proficient withdesign software, including but not limited to Auto-CAD (and/or ArtiosCAD),Photoshop, Illustrator, Core-Draw, Tops Pro, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  3D design software would be a plus.

5.  Business travel isrequired, up to 20%.

6.  Fluent in oral andwritten English.

7.  Excellenttroubleshooting skills.

8.  Excellentcommunication and management skill. Being able to communicate logically, efficiently and clearly to team,suppliers and customers.

9.  High sense ofreasonability and ready to take on a big challenge.

整个团队现在是1+6的模式
可以是高级工程师 ，也可以是Staff engineer ，如果是staff engineer 就相当于Manager 级别， 会带个2到3个工程师。

核心要求：

1英文流利，有20% 的Business travel 去海外，要独挡一面
2 有creative thinking ， 要自己画图的
3 5年以上工作经验 ，包装设计，或者产品设计相关专业出身
4 会AI CAD 等画图软件
5 沟通能力和逻辑性要比较强，要给客户做Presentation的
